Guidelines & Templates

General guidelines:

  • The idea should be solving a scientific problem using Artificial Intelligence.

  • The submitted idea should not have been previously presented/published or submitted for consideration elsewhere.

  • Maximum number of participants in a team is 5.

  • Participants can be from different institutions. Forming a team with international members will have added bonus.

  • Any idea proposed beyond the theme of the contest will not be considered.

  • Any proposal submitted after the deadlines will not be evaluated.

  • The proposal needs to adhere to the format provided.

  • The proposal should be written in English, using Microsoft Word text processor.

  • The participants selected at each stage need to make the proposal / presentation as per the guidelines provided time to time.

  • Persons from different institutions can be a part of the same team. However, one person can not be a part of multiple teams for the contest.

  • Extra credits for the idea which is inter-disciplinary in nature.

  • After you have submitted the soft copy of proposal, a panel of experts will evaluate it and shortlisted participants will be notified.

  • The decision of the panel of experts will be final and no arguments or appeal will be entertained.

  • By entering a contest, you give consent to IKST and CHRIST (Deemed to be University) to use your name, photograph, voice, statement and image for any publicity purposes.
